Menengok Sudut Museum Sonobudoyo Tempoe Doeloe

     Sonobudoyo Museum attended the exhibition at the "Festival of Jogjakarta Tempo Doeloe". The event was officially opened by Vice Governor of DIY on Thursday night (10/8/2017) at Benteng Vredeburg Museum. The exhibition this time Sonobudoyo Museum theme "Menengok Sudir Museum Sonobudoyo Tempo Doeloe" by presenting the feel of work tempo doeloe, by starting at one corner of the museum at the museum a few decades ago, where the corner was successfully captured in a beautiful historical portrait.

     Seeing something with the feel of tempo doeloe is always interesting. Tempoe doeloe is closely related to nostalgia, a longing for something that has long been happening even whose traces are no longer there. Learning from the past makes us wiser in making decisions in the present and future.

        A room on the 2nd floor that is part of the "Secretary Woning" or the director's office / museum manager who may not have been known by previous museum visitors. Sonobudoyo Museum seeks to re-create the atmosphere and nuance of the era by displaying the collection owned. This event takes place from 10 - 14 August 2017 at Benteng Vredeburg Museum at 09.00 - 21.00 WIB, free of charge.
